Vincent Ralph Sanchez and Antonio Sanchez (Tony), brothers, were charged with the murder of Randy Kennedy (Pen. Code, § 187), the attempted murder of Gregory Blair (§Â§ 664, 187) and discharge of a firearm at an inhabited dwelling (§ 246). There were allegations the first two offenses were committed with the use of and while armed with a firearm within the meaning of sections 12022.5 and 12022, subdivision (a). In addition, it was alleged Vincent had a prior felony conviction.
